Contemporary gold and silver jewelry designed by Valerie Munselle Hersey. Her beautiful pieces of graphic, hand-fabricated work are made at her studio in San Anselmo, California.

From Los Angeles, California, Valerie is the daughter of a jewelry loving artist and an architect.  She attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and graduated with a BFA in Illustration from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, Ca. 

Jewelry is something I have loved since I was a little girl. Growing up I spent hours with friends trading beads and dreaming of the creations we would make with these sparkling tiny objects.

Jewelry making brings me joy and I hope that wearing my work brings you joy.
